1. The Trybe Platform enables Users to join various business communities, connect with other Users and build their own business communities. By accessing and using the Platform for the purposes of engaging with other Users and business communities, you agree to join and participate in a financial community of SMEs.
    2. In terms of the Trybe Platform Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to always abide by these Community Guidelines when engaging with other Users, joining, contributing, and participating as a member of any Business Community or engaging in Platform Activities that affect other User(s) and/or Business Communities. 
    3. These Community Guidelines must be read together with the Trybe Platform Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference into the terms of these Community Guidelines. It is important that you fully read and understand the terms of these Community Guidelines. If you do not understand any part of these Community Guidelines, it is your duty to contact TymeBank and request an explanation.
    4. Any capitalised terms used in these Community Guidelines shall have the same meaning provided in the Trybe Platform Terms and Conditions.   
    5. TymeBank may modify these Community Guidelines at any time by posting a revised version on our website ( By continuing to use the Trybe Platform after a revised version of these Community Guidelines has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version of Community Guidelines.

    1. The purpose of the Community Guidelines is to ensure that all Users are able to fully, freely and safely access and use the Platform for the purposes of networking with other SMEs and growing their businesses.
    2. TymeBank as the provider of the Platform recognises that in order to achieve the above objective it is necessary to established and enforce rules governing the conduct of Users so as to ensure that the rights of all User and the integrity of the Platform is protected. 
    3. You accordingly acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules, restrictions and requirements set out in these Community Guidelines at all times in conjunction with the Acceptable Use Policy and these Terms and Conditions

    1. You acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following general rules applicable to your conduct as a User on the Platform:
      1. Users shall engage with each other and Business Communities in a profession and respectful manner with due regard for the rights and interests of other Users in accessing and making use of the Platform.
      2. Users may (but are not obliged) to report to TymeBank any contravention of these Community Guidelines by another User using the reporting functionality available on the Platform; 
      3. User shall not disclose their Trybe Account Login Credential to any other User; 
      4. Users shall respect the Intellectual Property Rights of other Users, Third-Party Service Providers, the Platform Service Provider and TymeBank and shall not use the IP Material owned by such Parties without the written consent of the relevant Party; and
      5. Users shall ensure that they comply with the Applicable Laws at all times.

    1. You acknowledge and agree the actions, behaviour and conduct set out in this clause 4 shall be per se prohibited and TymeBank shall at all times reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Trybe Account of a User that engages in any conduct prohibited under this clause. 
    2. Users shall ensure that their User Content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy shall not Post or attempt to Post any User Content that contravened the Acceptable Use Policy in anyway whatsoever.
    3. Users shall not contact or engage with a User who has requested the former User refrain from contacting or engaging with the latter user;
    4. User shall not perform any act directed toward collecting the Personal Information of any User stored on the Platform without the express consent of the User to whom such Personal Information belongs;
    5. Users shall not make use of any automated posting device of the services of a Posting Agent for the purposes Posting User Content in bulk or flood any Business Community with Posted User Content.
    6. Users shall not harass, threaten or engage with any other User in a harmful manner or in such manner that promotes discriminatory behaviour on the basis of race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin colour, sexual orientation, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language and birth;
    7. User shall not Post any User Content or perform any act that has the effect of disclosing Personal Information of another User without consent or in any way infringe on another User’s right to privacy; 
    8. Users shall not perform any act that infringes or attempts to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of another User in their User Content, including but not limited to, the reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of User Content of another User;
    9. User shall not us vulgar, insulting or offensive language when engaging with any other User or Business Community;
    10. Users shall not create multiples Trybe Accounts to deceive or spam other Users; and 
    11. Users shall not solicit any other User of Business Community members to participate in and contribute to any illegal or unethical business practices (e.g. solicit members as a part of a pyramid scheme).
